- Serves as the Vice President of Health Services for ActioNet
- Leads the business unit’s overall planning, solution formulation, member/customer/partner relationship management practices, and growth/delivery operations
- Responsible for P&L and customer facing office operations
- Provides direction and assistance to the overall company in the areas of member services, core offerings, growth strategies, and value proposition
Mr. Collignon, a commissioned Kentucky Colonel, is an executive leader with 25 years of experience possessing a strong and consistent track record of providing best in class customer service and profitable business growth within the Health IT professional services industry. He has extensive Health industry experience supporting payers and providers within public and private sectors. Mr. Collignon is routinely recognized by customers and employers as a high-impact professional possessing the ability to communicate effectively, understand complex technical and business issues from multiple points of view, and leverage capabilities of the collective team to create value for the customer.
Mr. Collignon began his professional IT career as the intern to the CIO for McCormick and Company and has since earned a number of technical and non-technical leadership positions and achievement awards within small, large and mid-size IT professional service organizations while supporting a multitude of geographies. He has a full-time MBA from Babson College, the top ranked entrepreneurial program in the United States and a full-time BBA in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University with concentrations in Programming and Decision Support i.e., Operations Research. Mr. Collignon has also achieved multiple professional and technical certifications.
