Vienna, VA – ActioNet, Inc. announced today the appointment of Stephan Nadeau as the Executive Director & CTO within the Defense Programs Business Unit. He assumed the new position on April 3. Mr. Nadeau has almost 20 years of technical, business development, and program management experience from firms like MITRE, TYBRIN, Wyle, and KBRwyle. In 2010, Mr. Nadeau was instrumental to the successful establishment of an Air Force business unit that represented almost 20% of the Wyle Aerospace revenue in 2015.
Prior to ActioNet, Mr. Nadeau served as Director of the IAC Management Office for KBRwyle, where he led the successful transition of over $900M in Defense contract awards for 2016. He was also part of the team responsible for redefining the processes for pricing, capture, and solutioning. These processes are now being adopted within KBRwyle.
“Stephan brings to ActioNet significant experience providing Innovative Solutions at the CIO level for Defense Customers and a results-focused record of transformation while operating within fiscal constraints,” said Ray Bellant, VP, Defense Programs.
Mr. Nadeau is responsible for working closely with ActioNet’s customers and helping align strategic technology initiatives such as cloud computing, mobile computing and cyber security with business goals and mission objectives.

Mr. Nadeau is a Project Management Professional and received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Northeastern University, Master’s Degree from Boston University, and MBA from Babson College.
