To accommodate employees working a full and safe day at the HQ office, ActioNet has implemented socially-distanced hoteling spaces. When in the office, employees will find these stations marked by green “Open for Use” signs. ActioNet has marked surrounding desks with red “Closed to help stop the spread” signs to ensure social-distancing guidelines are enforced.
Employees can reserve hoteling spaces online, anytime, using the calendar feature in Outlook. Employees can create a meeting, provide their name as the subject line and specifying reservation date(s) and time(s). Finally in the location field, employees will reserve their spot by using the Room Finder. Employees will receive an acceptance email confirming that the space is available.
