ActioNet is proud to be named a Top Workplace for the eleventh consecutive year (2014-2024). This prestigious recognition by The Washington Post celebrates the best workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area, based entirely on employee feedback collected through an anonymous third-party survey. The survey evaluates key aspects of workplace culture, such as alignment, execution, and connection.

Laura Montiel, Senior Technical Recruiter, attended an in-person event on June 20th, 2024, to celebrate this achievement. This year’s honorees include a diverse array of industries, such as technology, government contracting, real estate, and financial services. ActioNet shares this honor with well-recognized companies like Fannie Mae, Navy Federal Credit Union, and AARP.

Under the leadership of CEO Ashley Chen, ActioNet has thrived as a woman-owned company headquartered in Vienna, VA, demonstrating remarkable growth over the years. Committed to making ActioNet a great place to work, we continuously invest in our employees, fondly known as ActioNeters, and pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our customers and giving back to our community. As an equal-opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and do not discriminate, a dedication reflected in our 98% customer retention rate and our passion for our clients’ important missions, ensuring the safety, security, health, and well-being of our nation.

As ActioNet continues to grow, the company stays true to its core values: integrity, innovation, and collaboration. With a strong foundation and a talented team, ActioNet looks forward to many more years as a Top Workplace.
