A Home Run Celebration!
On Friday, August 1st, our team hit it out of the park—literally and figuratively—as we gathered to celebrate ActioNet’s joint venture, IgniteAction, and its U.S. Census OCISS contract win at a Washington Nationals vs Milwaukee Brewers baseball game.
To dodge the usual Friday rush hour, many of us hopped on the Metro, making the journey as smooth as can be. The win party was a great chance to connect face-to-face with our Joint Venture partner and long-time colleagues. While we often collaborate through email and Teams, nothing beats the energy of in-person smiles, laughter, and high-fives. For some of us, this wasn’t just a work celebration, it was the very first pro baseball game experience! The excitement in the stadium was contagious, and even though the Nationals didn’t pull off a win, the real victory was ours, an unforgettable evening filled with camaraderie, celebration, and team spirit.
We enjoyed the food, drinks, and the beautiful fireworks after the game, what a perfect way to end the night! Here’s to more milestones, more memories, and more wins—on and off the field!
