ActioNet held an Invitational on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bethesda North Marriott in Rockville, MD. We conducted two sessions that supported over 20 candidates in each session. Interviewing can be stressful, awkward and uncomfortable. When we put together this event, we made a concerted effort to make sure our candidates had a great experience. During the weeks prior to the event, ActioNet recruiters diligently identified, screened, and scheduled viable candidates to attend our event. The event was a huge success and over 80% of the candidates who attended are being seriously considered for current opportunities as well as near future needs. One candidate emailed us stating “Thank you for the opportunity. It was a pleasure. I really enjoyed meeting with the team and the flexibility to present what I can offer ActioNet. The event format was great. I heard a number of positive comments from the attendees.” ActioNet plans to conduct more Interview Invitational events to support our growth and current openings.
