Vienna, VA

ActioNet, Inc. announced today the award of a competitive five-year contract under its Network-Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) Application Services Small Business Companion contract.  The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Personnel Services Delivery Transformation and Integration (PSDT&I) Contract is a Total Force transformation initiative that seeks to integrate personnel service delivery across the Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and Air National Guard.  The Air Force is fundamentally shifting the way personnel services are provided to Total Force Airmen by transitioning from primarily face-to-face interactions with personnel to a tiered model with services delivered through online self-service, integrated service centers, and fewer in-person interactions.  A primary objective is to provide a greater number of personnel services to the Total Force population through online self-service.  The contract will further the efforts of the Air Force 3-to-1 initiative.  This initiative is designed to consolidate personnel services and further the integration of the Total Force Service Centers (TFSCs).  ActioNet will provide applications development and support, information services analysis, business systems analysis, and service lifecycle management analysis support.  On-site support for PSDT&I will be provided at the Air National Guard Readiness Center, Joint Base Andrews, MD, the Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) at Buckley AFB, CO, and the Air Force Personnel Center at Joint Base San Antonio, TX.
