ActioNetDesk™ is the first enterprise-wide, Cloud-based, Performance-driven, FISMA-compliant service desk for many agencies. ActioNetDesk™ provides Tier 1 support, and preparation is already underway for providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. ActioNet provides an off-premise, cloud-based service desk located in the ActioNet Innovation Center (AIC) in Vienna, VA. The partnering between the program team and government was enhanced by the relative ease of development of ITSM Tool Suites such as BMC Remedy and ServiceNow, in which changes could be identified, implemented, tested, and launched into production within hours.
