From I-495 / 95 Southbound, take I-495 N / I-95 North to Harborview Ave at National Harbor. Take Exit 2A – 2B to National Harbor. Keep left and follow signs for Harborview Ave. Stay on Harborview Ave until you reach Oxon Hill Road. Take a right onto Oxon Hill Road and the Employment Center will be the third exit on the rotary.

Masked Ball Runway Competition Rules
- Must wear a Mask
- One entry per person. No separate entries from the same person.
- Pre-register on the RSVP ActioNet DC Party survey or email [email protected]. Once registered, a Masquerade Competition Entry Form will be provided for you to compose the announcement for your entrance (i.e., your name and description of mask). The Catwalk time is limited to 90 seconds.
- There is no pre-judging.
- All pre-registered attendees MUST check in at the registration desk where you will be given instructions on where to meet for roll call.
- Roll call will be 30 minutes before the start of the contest.
