The new Department of Commerce (DOC) NCO ServiceNow Ticketing application for the Center for Weather and Climate Prediction was successfully rolled out yesterday with no issue to our customers. We worked over the weekend and late night to do the cut-over and import in their legacy tickets. Today we will be in College Park maintaining a kiosk for users to walk in for training and answer questions and provide tips.
Big thanks to the ActioNeters for their development work and ActioNetDesk regression testing! Our DOC customers are very happy they are on a modern service desk system to help them improve on their service delivery of hosted infrastructure services.
